President’s Message – March 2026

four-generations-miata

Welcome everyone to our new club year, where I hope everyone is able to stay happy and healthy and engaged in many activities, both within our club and elsewhere.

Following our annual holiday party and meeting in January, where no election was held for vacant positions, I’m sure many of us left with a concern about how we could continue to maintain our club services with limited board and chair presence. As most of you know we have enjoyed being an active club with something occurring in most months.

On that note, many of us (more than 20) met in February for our third Saturday coffee social at Panera Bread. Talking among ourselves, many expressed a concern about our club’s vacant positions while also expressing interest in filling these spots. It was a joy to see so many folks excited about the ways the club can benefit from their participation.

As a result of this collaboration, we will be having a special election with a full slate, at our next meeting at Stevenson Hendrick Mazda in March. Please see more on this in a separate article following this.

In closing, Rebecca and I wish everyone the best for this coming year so that we can have plenty of time to spend with family, friends and of course, our fellow club members. And if I remember the groundhog correctly, top-down days are coming soon.

Yours truly, Paul Reinmann, CFMC, V.P. and acting President

I hope that everyone survived hurricane Ian and its impacts.…

President’s Message – September 2022

Is summer really almost over? As Labor Day approaches, we make plans to celebrate our last holiday of the summer season. The coming days bring later sunrises, earlier sunsets, moderating temperatures, and hopefully, lower humidity. As I have mentioned in my previous columns, we are in the peak of hurricane season here in southeast North…
